I think MS is currently having some problems getting this up. I'm not sure anyone has been able to download it yet

When i downloaded it i got a mesage saying i have a newer version (the leaked one) installed on my computer

After Microsoft Connect click on Microsoft Security Essentials Beta Home (left panel), answer the questions and download.
