Nope. Not all of them. You must use Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware removes malware including viruses, spyware, worms and trojans, plus it protects your computer along with MSE for optimum protection.

Remember, no AV is 100% effective. As Dinesh stated, a layered approach using Mlawarebytes as well as common sense is a important factor.

Super AntiSpyware (SAS) is another free weapon to add to your arsenal besides MSE and MBAM. This one goes mostly after tracking cookies, etc. and will often pick up nasties MSE and MBAM missed.
Dinesh's advice about browsing safely is dead on. A good application to help with that is Web of Trust (WOT). It will advise you if a website you are going to is safe or a known danger.
