In "My Documents" I have a file called "Microsoft Windows_7_64-bit Edition.vbox" which contains a large 655Gb virtual disk file.
I am not sure how this got here, it maybe something to do with my upgrade to Windows 10 and revert to Windows 7 as had problems with windows 10 some months ago.
My question is can I delete this file without incurring any problems?
