Microsoft Word 13 to PDF file - Image problem

Dear,

I have a document with paragraphs and images. When I am saving in PDF format, and opening it, the images are not shown.

Can you please help me solve this problem? I am thinking that the problem is because of the drivers required to do such a task ( but I am not sure)

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

What kind of images are those. Where do they come from and what is the filetype.
