hi guys. firstly i would like to thank you for looking in at my problem, you always solve everything i have had trouble with. here's my current one. i have 4 seagate laptop hard drives 2 of them were in a case as they were for back up storage and 2 were from old laptops and they all have the same problem, my computers do not identify them that is why i have just replaced them with new over time but they cant all be duff. i have a western digital and this pops up in my computer and allocated a letter as identification and away we go.when i connect the seagate ones they flash their lights and nothing pops up. ive tried using device manager to remove the MASS STORAGE drivers which appears when i plug it in and it will download drivers called expansion but still nothing..well thats it ladies and gents i bet you know the answer already lol..many thanks for your time today just for looking even if you dont have a solution.....JIM
