Missing Kaspersky Icon on Tasklist

A short time ago I updated my drivers using 'driver detective' and I now notice that the Kaspersky icon on the Tasklist sometimes dissapears after a startup, not always but only on occasions. I have looked in the maintenance center under security and there is the reports that Kaspersky reports Virus Protection is at newest state and switched on and protection from Spyware etc. is also on. This seems to be o/k but what worries me is the missing icon and also that I am unable to open the Kaspersky Icon from the Start menu. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it behind the 'hidden icon' (arrow pointing up) on the task bar?

Today as I opened Windows the icon showed in the taskbar. It is also shown in the hidden icon list as show Symbol and message. As I said it is not always present on every Windows startup. When it is not shown I cannot open Kaspersky window either from the exe icon nor from the icon in the Start list.
