Virtually all of these were blamed on tcpip.sys, but in reality were probably caused by your PCTools. I would remove it to test at least (if not permanently)

I believe I had removed it when I first ran into this problem and it does not show in my remove programs list.....any ideas where it is hiding?

Upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.
