most annoying problem ever?

Hi guys,

I have tried everything to disable/remove those little info pop ups that have a yellow background when you hover your mouse pointer over anything. when working on a video editor the info pop ups get in the way and keep reappearing regardless.

is there any hack, regedit fix or program that can turn them off in windows 7 ultimate x64?

i would pay for a program that would do this, but google isnt providing any solutions.

please help if you can, i cant take much more of the intrusions. lol

Which video editing program are you using ?
