I am using one of the small, wireless Logitech mouses. All of the following are happening sporadically and it seems to be getting worse.

On my web mail, often when I click on an entry that I don't want to open but just delete, I don't get a chance to click on the delete button because the email will open clear up.

I click to delete one email and it will delete two so then I have to go diving in my trash for it.

Just general use, it's like it's not making correct contact or something. And that's kind of hard to explain as it entails many normal things.

I noticed when I was trying to place the Las Vegas Solitaire, where you only turn over one card at a time, often it will turn over two at a time.

I think it's even affecting tasks like trying to add items to the exclusion list in my anti-virus program.

Does anyone have any ideas for me?

Pull the battery out and allow to sit for 2-3 minutes then insert a fresh battery. If the mouse uses SetPoint then go to the Logitech site and grab the latest version for the model of mouse. Install and let use know how it's working now. If you use the mouse with sticky hands then turn off and wipe clean and make sure the emitter is clean.
