Hi,

I builded myself a custom computer four months ago, and still have the same components in my pc since this time. The problem is that, about 1 month ago, My mouse seems to have little lags, mostly while gaming. For example, the mouse acts like if I hadn't moved it, didn't receive the "event" that I have clicked the a button on the mouse or that I hold a mouse button, and it randomly lost that I'm currently holding it (Like if I was aiming in a game, and the aim go out suddently without me having stopped holding the button). First I though it was a mouse problem, so I connected another mouse, and when the problem happened, I tried the second one, and it did the same as the first. So I don't think the problem is the mouse, but maybe something else.

Here are my specs :

CPU : AMD FX-8320 (New, not OC, with Cooler Master 212 Plus)
RAM : Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600 4 GB x 2 (New)
MOBO : ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 (New)
GPU : Nvidia Geforce GTS 450 (3-4 years)
HDD : WD Blue 500 Go (Almost never used)
PSU : LSP Ultra 550W (Have some years)
OS : Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bits
MICE : Logitech M510
KEYBOARD : Microsoft Sidewinder

I have also tried to change of HDD in case it was a HDD problem / OS problem (too many programs in background), but it did the same with the second HDD). And I did some research to be sure everything could be together (CPU compatibility with MOBO and RAM) before buying all this, so it shouldn't be a compatibility issue, but if you think it could be this, or I missed something, I'll give it a try !

I also done some test for the heat (Was constantly watching this in the 2 first months while playing BF3 / BF4) and all was good (Except GPU heating a little bit, reaching at his maximum 71C I think), a memtest, changed the frequency of the RAM (setted it to 1600 instead of 1333 in bios) and made some stress test for CPU for about 4-5 hours, and all temps were good.

So, if anyone has any suggestion on what could be the problem, I would really appreciate ? Thanks !

Have you tried this simple idea of going into the device manager in the system section of the control panel and completely uninstalling the mouse from the devices; then using the keyboard; navigate to the refresh button and click on that using the space bar Sometimes what can happen is the driver(s) for a device can get "corrupt". Try that and see what happens.

Also have a pretty bad speaker setup which is a klipsch promedia 5.1 surround speaker setup with huge subwoofer and lg blu ray player/writer. Also a hp officejet pro 8600 plus wireless all in one and a logitech s7500 webcam.
I tried another HDD to see if it was some sort of OS / Drivers problem, and it didn't made a big change... :/ I even tried a different mouse, without better results. But I'll try this when I'll be back, thx.
