Iv installed all driver updates,windows updates everything but this device is still unknown iv also tried disabling and enabling it,and updating it from the manager plus when it starts searching with the windows update i get " No Driver Found"...Thanks in advance.

Can you find a driver on Dell's website that is for Windows 7?
(There might not be one - perhaps one size fits all.)

System Management Bus - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

edit: by the way - it is SM Bus not MS bus :-)

SM Bus Controller is a data controller for slow speed devices. Sometimes the SM Bus controller is part of the motherboard's native chipset. But sometimes it's part of a 3rd party device that's been added to the motherboard.

For the latter case, I often see SM Bus Controllers as part of a card reader that's been integrated onto the motherboard. Is there a card reader (or similar) device on your computer? Install its driver

Well, that device is definitely part of the motherboard Intel chipset. I'll have a look at the drivers on Dell's site and will post back later.

/* EDIT */
p.s. In the mean time, just for the heck of it, also reinstall the Chipset Driver (i only see one for Intel Management Engine) plus the System Board (i see just the USB 3.0 driver)
