Solved MS Office License keeps popping up

Each time I start one of the Office 2003 programs I get a window with the License Agreement text and I have to click "Accept" before I can start to work.
But I activated the software, and it told me the activation was accepted. So why does it always wave the license at me?

EULA keeps popping up

Run the Office application as administrator, only for the first time. To do so, right-click on the Office application executable or its shortcut, and choose "Run as Administrator. Do it for the other apps if necessary.
