MS Outlook 2010 32 bit Unable to open attachments

Hi,
I use an win 7 64bit OS and have an MS office outlook 2010 32 bit installed for e-mails.

Recently, I noticed that some of the attachments that I get through e-mail, like pdf files etc am unable to open them.

I get a message stating that these unsafe attachments have been blocked.

Can some one please guide me whats happening and how do I set it right.

This MS website should help you. But do be careful as some attachments can contain dangerous viruses or malware, examples of which are ransomware that has been plaguing the world very recently.
