Solved MS Outlook open multiple download windows

I had a problem in work, because I take a service and don't know what to do. Client wants help with his problem with MS Outlook. When he click (not open) wherever in his inbox, his Outlook starts open download dialog windows.
Spyware and virus control find nothing. And I don't know how can I help him with his problem because I what makes it.
