MS Word 7 not appearing in 'all program list'

Hello Everybody,
I mistakenly drag the MS Word file from all program list to desktop and later
delete that shortcut permanently.Later, when I try to open MS Word from
the folder from MS Office from 'All Program List' of start menu;it was not there
at all. Now I don't understand how to open MS Word and how it would again appear
in All Program List.
can anybody help me?
