Easier for me to work with and one of the reasons is the nice .TXT file with all of the info from the startup tab, is the Startup.TXT file which can be generated by CCleaner.

I realize you went to a good bit of work to make the snapshots, but that startup.txt file is ideal.

STARTUP PROGRAMS
CCleaner | Tools icon | Startup button |
click on Save to text file button (bottom right side)

Using the PAPER CLIP icon (top panel of a Message Reply),
attach the startup.txt file generated by CCleaner

i only have like 4 in my startup and you have 2 pages.
i'd say wait and see what some of the others have to say about it . also you can try disabling maybe 2 or 3 and see how things go after a reboot. you can always enable it again if you find things went wrong. if it went ok you can keep doing 2 or 3 at a time.

everything needs to be unchecked except for these two which you need to have checked:
SynTPEnh %ProgramFiles%\Synaptics\SynTP\SynTPEnh.exe
MSC "c:\Program Files\Microsoft Security Client\msseces.exe" -hide -runkey

REBOOT.
