No you cannot sell them. They are non-transferable either.

MSDN/TechNet keys are solely for the use of the subscriber to whom they have been issued. They may not be sold/given to anyone other than the subscriber. They are not promotional in nature and not intended for use in a commercial environment.

I hope this clears up any questions that you may have had.. ;)

MSDN Subscriptions | MSDN Subscription Software Use Rights, How can I use the software included in my MSDN Subscription?
Many MSDN subscribers use a computer for mixed use—both design, development, testing, and demonstration of your programs (the use allowed under the MSDN Subscription license) and some other use. Using the software in any other way, such as for doing email, playing games, or editing a document is another use and is not covered by the MSDN Subscription license. When this happens, the underlying operating system must also be licensed normally by purchasing a regular copy of Windows such as the one that came with a new OEM PC.
You can sell and transfer your subscription to MSDN, you cannot sell or transfer individual components of the subscription (software keys, etc.).

In most cases, MSDN Subscriptions come with “perpetual” use rights—the ability to continue using the software after the subscription has expired....If you sell or transfer a subscription to another party, any perpetual use rights are transferred to the new party so you would need to purchase a new subscription in order to continue using the software.

I see questions such as this one very often and therefore I have a suggestion - can anybody provide a detailed information on the legal status of various EULA and copyright violations such as those mentioned by saeedcp? I would even suggest to make such description a sticky, so that any further questions of that sort could be easily answered without generating much of a discussion?

I realize that violating EULA and especially copyrights is illegal, but I am not sure how illegal - similar to a parking violation, or speeding, or DUI? I am not suggesting anyone to break the law, but I for one would like to understand the law a bit better than simply knowing that "it's illegal".

Well, not paying for parking is illegal and driving under influence is illegal, but these are two very different things. Even simply not paying for parking and parking at the hydrant are different. So, no, there are legal differences between various offenses. What I was asking was what's the legal status of the EULA violation. It's not a felony, right? You don't get a criminal record for sending an email from a computer under the MSDN license, right? This does not mean that you can or should, but why not understand the legal consequences of suggested actions, as it seems to be the case with saeedcp?

Violation of the EULA agreement puts the individual at risk of arrest and prosecution under US and international Piracy laws.
ASCAP is using this option against P2P prolifically.
