Looking through my "Services"
I discovered Diagnostic Tracking Services (From MSFT)--data we collect include your name, email address, preferences and interests; browsing, search and file history; phone call and SMS data; device configuration and sensor data; and application usage.
Redirecting

The only other obvious spyware is Telephony . Both can be disabled.

Are there more, is a list available?

(hope this is the right place to post)

If you install updates without reviewing it, you're bound to receive spyware and PUPs as you've seen, that's a bad practice adopted by Microsoft years ago.

I'm not specifically aware of any particular service that comes with updates, but the obvious problem would be the WER service that's known to deliver information to Microsoft, and it comes bundles and enabled by default since at least WinXP. Make sure to disable it.

In a default installation there are also many scheduled tasks that are known to exflitrate information without your consent. Have a look there too.

I don't get why Telephony service is an obvious malware.

There are many lists around of known-bad updates, but those are necesarily out-of-date. You can search this forum and many others for some KBs that you should never install.
