Msg that says "you will be logged off unless you click CANCEL:"

When I am in built-in admin account I get the msg that due to inactivity I will be logged off in 1 minute, This happens every 2 or three minutes I can't get much work done that requires the Built-in admin account
becuse I am kept busy answering that obnoxious msg How do I correct it.

PS I had made another post in the tutorial about elevated account and shortcut by Brink but I cannot find it
