this could be your anti virus/firewall for example Norton..... try disabling it and see if it still happens
if it fixes your problem then you may need to change your AV/FW... there are plenty of free ones out there that work just as well if not better
other than that you will have to try tweak your current FW/AV to accept MSN connections ect

ok i disabled my anti virus it is kaspersky 8.0.0.1015 and it still not working

it was working but when i installed the windows key " crack " i was tiring it so it did this

Although the beta is free, what you are talking about is illegal. You won't get much help here.

sorry but ill be blunt...
if there is some illegal software (such as hack+cracks....ect)
there will be no help unless you unnistall this software in question
and afterwards checking if it works....
if not then post it here...
