OK, I'm back.
From dropping SFCFix.zip onto SFCFix.exe I got the attached SFCFix(1).txt.
From running SURT I got the attached log file (This time I didn't put anything in C:\Windows\Temp, because you didn't tell me to do so).

I was going over our steps and it appears I was providing you with the wrong cat/mum file pair. My bad and I sincerely apologize for the mistake!

Try again please download View attachment CheckSUR.zip unzip, copy and paste into C:\Windows\Temp run SURT again and post CheckSUR.log

Once we get that corrected, you can run Revo Uninstaller to remove AVG, then run the AVG uninstaller in Safe Mode.
Boot back into normal windows and run SURT again

As per AVG: I don't like the idea of uninstalling AVG. I'm using the free version, and if I uninstall it I'm afraid I won't be able to re-install it. Do I have to uninstall it?

No you don't have to, let me take a look at the error specifics. The correct cat/mum pair I finally provided installed. One .mui to replace

To repair your AVG please follow these instructions:

1. Go to Start -> Control Panel.
   Note: Click Settings first if Control Panel is not available in the Start menu.
2. Open (Programs) -> Programs and Features, or Add or Remove Programs.
3. Select AVG in the list of programs.
4. Click the Change or Change/Remove button.
5. Select Repair.
6. Follow the instructions on your screen to complete the installation.
