Solved msxml.dll 4.20 installed with Quicken 11 Deluxe - update information

First, I hope this is the correct forum. Please move if necessary.

I use Quicken Deluxe 2011 on my primary computer. Earlier this week I decided to install the program on my laptop as well, providing a backup just in case the desktop computer died or the program failed. I successfully imported the current data, and the program appears to run correctly. This morning I noted on my laptop (only) that Secunia indicated an update to the msxml.dll was needed, and the timing of the Quicken installation suggests Quicken is the only program requiring this fairly obsolete file. A bit of research shows I should get the 4.0 update to 4.30 rather than the 6.0 Secunia would install. This 4.30 is the file I have on my primary computer. I have found instructions on the Secunia forum for a manual update, but I'm wondering is I can merely copy the file with the newer version to my laptop, replacing the old out-of-date 4.20.
