Multiboot DVD for windows+softwares

This, of course, is up to each and everyone to decide, how to think and how much assistance offer. On that already closed thread OP was asking help to create fancy boot screens showing examples of known pirated "Here's everything you need to install for free" products.

Considering that thread, and this, I think it is obvious what's OP's goal. But, as I said, everyone is entitled to do and react as he / she feels is correct. I am 98% sure we are not talking about a reinstall DVD for personal use.

You older members know it already, it's "better safe than sorry" for me when it comes to (possible) piracy.

I often use Acronis True Image for which I have a license, but it and XP are not themselves bootable from the same stick so I use disk. It would be nice to have XP or Acronis boot from the same stick but would take more time working it out than it does to burn a disk or throw one in my backpack.

XP's install from USB is too much to bother with but True Image I believe can make a bootable WinPE disk if your licence covers that which can easily be added to your USB disk I think.

EDIT: Sorry just thought I'd check but True Image WinPE requires the True Image Home 2012 Plus Pack not sure what other versions support it but I think 2011 did.

I not sure exactly how your stick is set up but if it boots to the Windows 7 boot loader then you can just rename True Image's boot.wim to TrueImage.wim or whatever you want and add it to the bcd store using the same settings as the Win 7 install disk use's to load WinPE except the path to the wim. The wim file can be placed anywhere.

If you want I can help you with this, if you can make a True Image bootable WinPE file.

Sure, Duzzy. If there's an easy way to add Acronis True Image 2010 to my flash stick installer bootsected with /nt60 then I am game.

It needs to be retractable back into it's folder, though, as are my Win7 and Vista.

I wouldn't worry about a mouse.

Grub can boot everything you want. Can have a background Image. Can press a number key on the keyboard to select the corresponding boot entry. Can change text colors.

My Disk.
Main menu (Grub)
- Boot From Hard Drive (Windows Vista/7/2008 or Windows Xp)
- Boot Windows XP (NTLDR) from Hard Drive
- Boot Windows Vista/7 (BOOTMGR) from Hard Drive
- WinPE Tools (boots Win7/Vista boot loader)
--- WinPE based programs
--- Could boot Win7/Vista installer

- Boot NTLDR based program (could be WinXP installer)
- Load a 2nd Win7/Vista boot loader
--- Need a hex edit to get 2 Win7/Vista boot loaders on the same disk working, but I want these programs under a seperate entry from the WinPE Tools.

- Hirens Boot CD (Another Grub menu)
--- Hiren's Boot menu
--- Added back to Main Menu

- Ultimate Boot CD (Another Grub menu)
--- Ultimate Boot CD menu

I done mine manually without the aid of 3rd party sofware like Easyboot and it was a challenge, all I can say is GOOGLE, GOOGLE and more GOOGLE.

Dear its works but it does not provides the graphical stylish menu, any other method?

You can check this out Grub4dos Guide - Gfxmenu, it's part of the Grub4dos Guide. I believe it's a lot harder to config than any standard text based boot loader. I've never looked into to using it so I can not help with it.

I personally would just use a text based boot loader, you really don't need anything fancy.

Can you make a True Image bootable WinPE disk (easier) or a Linux based boot disk?

The WinPE version works the same as the Windows 7 DVD to boot so you should be able to set that up to work the same way as you have Windows 7 set up.

Does your USB have a \boot\bcd on the root of the drive at all times?
