multimedia ac-link audio for window 7 32 bit

Hello everyone...here Iam again, it almost 4 days now,since I reinstall my window 7 ultimate for my compaq presario v5000, I almost tried all possible solution to bring back the audio of my PC. some of audio drivers that I downloaded from conexant, HP site like sp34567 are succesfully installed but the problem are still there, "cannot found device driver" I always restart the PC everytime I succesfully install the driver but always no audio. My question is, If ever I reformat my PC then reinstall again the window 7 ultimate, is there a possibility to solve the problem? here are my PC specs:

I'd suggest starting at the last page and working your way back until you find one that works.

Hello guys... thanks for the info...I already fixed the audio problem of my PC, just by clean reformatting of my drive ,and after installing again window 7 ultimate o.s it's working now..
