Multiplayer servers not responding

Some servers are not responding and they don't appear on my GTA Sa-mp. I noticed it were those servers which had this ip 176.31.229.148. Those servers use this ip in common and different ports to be differentiated. Few days back everything was fine. There's nothing wrong with my samp version, everything is updated. I think it's something to do with my net connection. pls look at this

Re-install your Sa-mp, but i think that it's server's problem. Do these steps:
1) Uninstall your GTA and delete Sa-mp.
2) Download other GTA and install it.
3) Download Sa-mp from official website and install it.
It's all but i think, it's server's problem.
