Hello,
I recently started getting a BSOD multiple times a day. Based on my minidump folder, I had one crash on 7/06, two on 7/08, one on 7/10, and FOUR this morning between 8:09 and 9:17. I have been crash free since then, but have not opened outlook (on purpose)! I started to try to analyze the dump files, but quickly realized I'm more dangerous than proficient at this level. System is follows:

Windows 7 Pro x64 SP1
OEM preloaded on Lenovo W520 Thinkpad
Thinkpad purchased around 6/15/2011
Microsoft Office Home and Business 2010 preloaded with key card purchase

Included is the system performance zip file, and also the .dmp files. Thanks in advance for your help!!

- Bob

Hmm, i tried the intel updater, it either listed all my drivers as up to date or unknown/unsupported. I found an updated wifi driver through Lenovo's site, I am downloading it now.

Another thought, these issues started after I installed Nuance PDF converter pro. Are there any known issues with Nuance or anything in the logs regarding that?

Still the same cause, malware activity may have triggered the crash. Run a scan of malwarebytes

It's definately the wifi card, I disabled it, connected via LAN line, and no problems since. Unfortunately disabling the wireless card on a laptop is not the best workaround

I ran malwarebytes, full system scan, came back clean. Is there anything else I can do?

Thanks for all your help

Unless your laptop's manufacturer releases a new driver you're out of luck. Its that WiFi driver the culprit here. I suggest contacting their technical support for a new driver
