Stop overclocking.

BSODs go away?

Even if the BSODs do not go away, until you problem is fault-isolated, then please don't complicate matters by overclocking.

thanks,
karl

Turned PC on and got BSOD at start like always. However, this BSOD looked different. Very short, only a few sentences compared to others that would use the whole screen of words:

Stop: c0000221 Unknown Hard error \SystemRoot \System32 \ntdll.dll
Collecting data for crash dump...
Physical memory dump complete

That's all I got from the BSOD this time. .dmp file attached.

That BugCheck is very rare in Windows 7. It actually is identified as an Unknown bugcheck code by the debugger. Going back to older Windows, it typically meant that your best course of action was to re-install/repair Windows.
I recommend that you http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3413-repair-install.html Windows 7.

Steps 1-3 and 5-7 of http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219487-clean-reinstall-factory-oem-windows-7-a.html#post1839164 will help you get installation media, backup any important files (just in case), and obtain your license keys for software (just in case) and the Windows license key (you will need this key).

I have done the repair install already a day ago. That actually fixed my issue with the internet connection and wi fi, but I still get BSODs. I have not done the Clean reinstall, however. Do I do both, or just Clean Reinstall?

I have come across a different coding in a new BSOD. Maybe it could help a little more.

The latest crash points to Norton. Remove Norton with the Norton Removal Tool and replace with either of these:

Report back whether the system is more stable afterward.

My father has all the Norton account info. I will do this in the morning. Never thought my Anti-virus could have been causing a BSOD.

Antivirus software (with the exception of Microsoft Security Essentials, which is very rarely blamed) often is blamed in blue screen crashes. That does not necessarily mean the antivirus software itself is to blame. It just means that Windows cannot find the true culprit that the antivirus software may be accessing at that time.

Think of it this way: Suppose you had a cookie jar full of cookies your mom made. Your little brother eats all of the cookies. You go to grab a cookie and find them missing, but your mom sees you with your hand in the cookie jar. Your brother was the real culprit, but you are accessing the cookie jar, so your mom blames you. If you were never born (Norton was never on the system), your mom would have blamed your brother (Windows would blame the true culprit).

I don't know whether the above scenario actually applies to you or your family, but I am sure you get the point.

Oh, I see your point :). I have removed Norton, and I have Windows Security Essentials and Malware installed. Scanned with both and all is good, no virus/threats. I'm going to turn off PC and I'll let you know if BSODs still pop up. *Fingers crossed*

Well, turned PC and BSOD again. :( This one even forced me to do System Repair. Didn't solve anything. Here is the new BSOD info. It seems this BSOD is more complex, as my PC even got error on the System Health Report. More errors...

Getting closer...
