try the latest version of MP3tag -- works 100% -- as well as MP3 you can edit FLAC and loads of other audio files too.

I completely agree that MP3tag is an awesome tagging utility.
Well worth the download.

However, can be a little tricky finding info on files that are missing some header information. But can usually be fixed. Great Tool.
