My Computer All Users Desktop

Is there a local group policy or registry entry to turn on My Computer for every user that logs in? I know how to turn it on when you log in as the user but it would be nice to just have it there when any new person logs in.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'turn on'. Display it in explorer, make it the default explorer folder, ... ?

I added step 2 in OPTION TWO to add the "Computer" desktop icon for all users.
