Solved My computer freezes and messes up screen

For the past few weeks, my computer has been freezing and messes up my monitor screen. When I turn it off by the power button, it goes off instantly. Also my mouse doesn't get messed up, just everything on the screen. I'm sick of my computer doing this, can anyone help me?

Does it shutdown instantly when you press the button when running normal too?

Can you take a photo of that when it happens and post here?

Sorted by my relatives.

My computer was sorted from my Dad. Thanks for trying to help anyway.
All I needed was to change my memory.
