My computer is overheating!!

What to do in this case because the temperature goes to 74 grades celsius! How to lower this temperature!! is it because it is a onboard computer! Shoud I bye an off board computer?? I am afraid it may get seriously demaged! Thanks anyway!!!!

What do you mean by "onboard" and "offboard" computer?

Please update your system specs to say "Windows 7", if that is what you have.

You should clean dirt and dust from inside your computer and apply new thermal paste to your computer CPU.

Internal dust clearing from a laptop (via dissassembly) and re-thermobonding the CPU is a bit daunting for the average Joe, its ok, they always hide extra screws you dont need inside.

Give it a good blow job with an air compressor and fine nozzle, be sure to poke it in all the airflow holes.
Dont point it in your speakers, ports, or eyes, if cleaning a keyboard, turn it down to low pressure or you will blast the keys right off!

I love the translation for laptop/desktop, being onboard and offboard!

That would be your issue. See if you can open up the case(find a tutorial online before doing this)and dust it off with canned air. Also, try not to plug up any of the airvents with anything, this WILL cause it to overheat.
