My Ethernet controller is not working, unable to detect

I Have a windows 7 ultimatex64
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2320 Processor
and my ethernet controller has yellow question mark
plus the ethernet controller is under "Other Devices"
When i try to update the driver it says "Windows was unable to install your Ethernet Controller" and under it says "Windows could not find driver software for your device"
in properties it says "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)"

the Hardware ID is : VEN_1969&DEV_1083&SUBSYS_76801462&REV_CO

please help me

You will find it is an Atheros device. These are supplied by Toshiba.

I'm assuming it's a wireless device due to the results that google supplies.

I'm certain you can find the correct driver in one of the google search results.
