My files have sizes but show nothing

Hello guys,

My Windows 7 x64 for working fine. I had my programs: Qt Creator IDE, VS 2015 and the rest. For some reason, I uninstall and then reinstalled my OS plus other programs. I have some files related to programming and when I went to looking at them I encountered some odd matter! They have sizes but show nothing, blank!

They are important for me. If there is any way to bring the data back I'd be very thankful of you.
I've attached them here so that you can see them yourself.

I had a look at the files.
They have some code, on it. I would say they are OK.
What is the problem you're facing?

The .qs file shows only zero and ones and the other two show nothing.

You wrote that you, for some reason, I uninstall and then reinstalled my OS plus other programs.
If the files were program data, they probably were replaced when you reinstalled the program.
