Why not get a 1070 instead of a 970 for about $100 more ??

Why not get a 1070 instead of a 970 for about $100 more ??
So much more expensive in my country. Besides I dont really need that card for my games

2x8GB 2133Mhz - More ram is always welcome, and the ram is cheap now.
GTX 1060 / RX 470 - Newer, more powerfull gpu and less power consumption.
MSI H170A Gaming Pro - Better motherboard, you don't need that Asus Z mb.
That's my opinion.
