My Laptop's LCD won't turn off when I close my LID.

Hey !
I am new here, I would have gone to some technician but right now I'm far away from that.
Well usually when you close your Laptop's LID , LCD remains lighten up even if you have disabled the going on to sleep when Lid is closed.
But my laptop's LCD is on if I'm closing the LID, even I've enabled the going on to sleep mode when Lid is closed.

Can anyone help me with this ?
