I have a Windows 7 Dell laptop, a few years old and has been factory-restored a few times over the years.
It's been working perfectly fine until yesterday, when suddenly when I closed the lid it wouldn't go to sleep like normally. Going to the 'When I close the Lid' section, these are the only two options that show up for all four drop down menus:

When I click on the 'Change Settings', all it does is have that specific link disappear and nothing changes. I've tried shutting off and restarting, as well as a virus scan, but nothing's changed and my computer says it's free of viruses. This literally only started yesterday afternoon.
If I could get help so I don't need to shut my computer down every day, that would be really appreciated.
