Hi guys,

I have an USB webcam brand "Viera". When I put it in the PC's USB port the image no.1 appears and the Windows 7 32-bit machine can't recognize it. I tried to use the online driver finding but failed. Also I tried other ports.
When I click on image no.1 the image no.2 appears.
Is there any idea?

I even could to delete the INFCACHE.1 file with the help of the "Shawn". But the problem still exists. When I after those again attached the webcam to one of back's USB ports, the below image was the result:(

As far as I know Viera is a registered name used by Panasonic, so you could check their website to see if they have a driver for your model camera, or you may have to install some Viera camera software on your computer to get it to recognise the camera.

My webcam is made in china (as is printed in back of it). And there is a website name also for it named .:|:. Viera .:|:.
But when I go on it and want to do something, my AV blocks the page and warns me of a malware related to that website.

Its model NO. is VI-003
DB NO.:113-086
