My pc keeps freezing when i go to the taskbar

Hi my Pc keeps freezing when i go to the taskbar, as soon as i hovered the mouse over the task bar the cursor had its circle on...kept like that, couldnt do anything

Anyone got any suggestions to get it back working again...thanks

Can you say when this started happening and what you (or Windows) were doing when it started?
My first suspicion is some faulty extension that hooked itself into the Explorer shell...

Started last night...after a windows update...im just on the internet as soon as i hover my cursor over the taskbar everything freezes
