Can't you boot the WIn7 DVD, press Shift F10 to open a command line to wipe the HD using tutorial I posted?
If you have no computer you can use to burn a memtest86 CD, then run the Memory Test on the DVD Repair console's Recovery Tools list shown here: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/668-system-recovery-options.html
