My pc opens in safe mode by it self and i cant install win 7

my pc opens in safe mode by itself,i tryed to restore the pc with delldata safe or something like that then the pc restored and format,,now i opens i push start windows normally and opens in safe mode then it writes"Prepearing ur computer for it first use"then it writes cant install or something like this windows 7 cause pc is in safe mode restart the pc"and i restart and again is same thing again and again what to do guys HELP PLSS!!!!!

Try running Dell Factory Recovery again: Dell Restoring Your Computer´s Software to the Factory Settings

If it fails again, try booting the Recovery Disks which you either have made or order from Dell.

If you have access to a Win7 retail installer, you can clean reinstall with the Product Key on the COA sticker on machine following these steps: Reinstalling Windows 7

guys i cant even open my pc in safe mode cause i restored it and it is it first use and opens in safe mode by itself and then it restarts and it the same thing....i tried repair your computer thing like 10 times and nothing and i restored pc twice and nothing again the same thing i restart my pc over 15 times i tryed memory diagnostic all but nothin worked ;///

2. select other ystem backup and more options

Do you have a file backup already so you can wipe the HD clean during the Factory Recovery? This may help it complete, if it doesn't have to copy then replace these files.

If so, what are the other options given if you choose 2?

ye man i already dd a file backup..the second writes:
() backup files and folders
() restore my computer

Try Restore My Computer. Take a camera snap or write down verbatim any error or fail messages.

it opens a box and writes factory image inside
lower it writes:

You want to use the Factory Image. Can you select it?

ye then the open light down "NEXT" i pushed it and now it starts a proggress abd says reinstalling ur selected system backup hope it works pff ;p

ok now its done i restart and it says BOOTMGR is missing Press ctrl+alt+del to restart and it keeps saying that again and again

If this fails I would find a Win7 installation DVD for your version (or unlock all versions in any retail installer) to clean reinstall using the Product Key on COA sticker on your machine. Follow these steps to get a Perfect Reinstall: Reinstalling Windows 7

when

when i bought the pc the box didnt got any windows 7 instalation or something..just a disc that writes DRIVERS and things...
