My pc opens in safe mode by it self and i cant install win 7

I would boot the Win7 installation DVD Repair Console or Repair CD to run Startup Repair to see if it can fix the installation: Startup Repair
System Repair Disc - Create

If this fails I would find a Win7 installation DVD for your version (or unlock all versions in any retail installer) to clean reinstall using the Product Key on COA sticker on your machine. Follow these steps to get a Perfect Reinstall: Reinstalling Windows 7

If you're unable to find a Win7 installer to clean reinstall then order your Factory Recovery Disks if you haven't made them to run Recovery from disk.

when i bought the pc the box didnt got any windows 7 instalation or something..just a disc that writes DRIVERS and things...
