Solved my pc suddenly restarts every after 20-30 min

all the problems i know is at the startup there is a message box that said microsoft windows error which has dont send...this pc is bit old but clean may be 8 years with pentium 4 processor but it is maintenancely cleaned...
what should i do

Firstly check and see if your fan on your CPU is functioning correctly.

I believe it's over heating,check to see if your cpu fan is failing.Also post your full specs here.Also if the pc is a specific model then post it here like if its a hp what ever model it is and so on. Will gives us a better idea of what we are working with.

i got 2 pc's but the one that has fail
the system spec of that is bit old but it never restart previously, about a month
even it is fully loaded of work
Acer veriton 7500G
Pentium 4 1.8ghz
DDR 768mb ram
40gb ide hdd
no videocard, integrated only

i checked the fan it never fails it never turn off, the fan speed is about 3400rpm-4000rpm
the current temp when in idle (cpu load 5-20) is 40-45C
the current temp when cpu load @ 40-80 - 50-60 C

what i meant in shutdown it does not turn off it restarts automatically

You can open a command prompt window and try a sfc /scannow to check/repair protected system files. The basic functionality of sfc in XP is similar to what's provided in Vista and 7 (fewer switches).
