I have Seagate external hard drive. I don't know what I did, but almost all of my pictures ( about 40 items left in Seagate ) wound up in my photo gallery.
Does anyone have suggestion as to how to correct my error or am I going to have to drag pictures from my photo gallery back to the Seagate external hard drive.
I did contact Seagate, they were very nice, but they could not help me so I thought someone could help me with my problem in Window Seven Forum.

Windows photo gallery only reads connected disk that were either included in your pictures library or really any connected drive
The images should still be on your Seagate disk and only displayed in photo gallery,
