I dual boot Win 7 with XP. In XP I can stretch a small picture to fill the screen of my flat panel monitor with the screen saver. In Windows 7 I can not get the picture to fill the screen. Is there something that I am not seeing in an option, or has this option changed with Windows 7?

Control Panel>Personalization>Desktop Background> in bottom left corner there is a box that lets you select whether you want the picture to stretch/fill/tile or center on your desktop

Yes the option changed in Windows 7.

You can use the XP My Pictures Slideshow screen saver by copying ssmypics.scr from the C:\Windows\System32 folder on XP to the same location in Windows 7.
