Assuming it's a factory-brand one, what's the brand name and model name and model number of your computer?

Knowing your computer's description will make it easier to determine what type CMOS battery it uses and how to replace it.

Gigabyte GA-H61M-S Motherboard (support site)

It uses a flat round CR2032 3-volt lithium battery.

Unless it's blocked or obscured by other hardware, it should be easy to remove and replace.

Thank you for the help but from what I saw from the second video is that after replacing this new battery, the bios system comes up asking to set a custom setting or load default settings, my question is which option to choose properly since I have never tampered with bios

Before you change the battery you need to go into the bios and note down all the setting or take photos so you know then what to set them at

I would recommend using a pointed wooden dowel or round toothpick instead of a metal screwdriver for removing the CMOS battery.

I've always used my finger to release the CMOS Battery.

If you look at it closely you can see a ) shaped fastener either at 3 or 9 o'clock. Pressing it toward the outside will cause that side of the battery to raise. It usually pops out at that point or will a little assistance.
Yes a pointed small dowel, a small craft stick or a toothpick would assist in the process.

Being that OP stated that I have never tampered with bios, it is most likely default settings.
As Samuria stated perusal and writing down settings would be wise & safety conscious decision.
