My TV monitor is zoomed in.

So I had recently downloaded a new driver because for some reason my computer would not pull up what my PC monitor had to my TV monitor trough HDMI. But now it seems to work because of this. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24971/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-64-bit. The this is though my TV monitor is zoomed in almost, leaving part of the borders out. On my PC, the tabs look normal, but when I open a tab on my TV monitor, it's zoomed in a bit. If you can help thank you.

Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
Click the Start button and type in the search box
dpi
Click on the suggestion make text and other items larger or smaller or the enter key
What are you using 100%...

Next on the top left click on Change display settings
Select the monitor and see what the Recommended resolution is and also make note what it says if it's not on the recommended resolution.
