Solved My Typing Is Being Delayed When I Type?

Hi SevenForums,
I recently downgraded my computer from Windows 8 to Windows 7, and now whenever I type the computer cannot keep up. I will type a sentence, but the computer slows down and will only type about 3 letters every 3 seconds. Is their a specific setting that should be changed, or is it my keyboard settings?

Try a different keyboard and see it that is the issue.

Check the delay rate setting in Control Panel/Keyboards...
