I just reinstalled Windows 7 and as soon as it loaded I set updates to notify me and I will choose. Two days later after choosing and installing a couple updates I received a warning from Microsoft that my Windows 7 version was too old to update and I needed to upgrade to Windows 10. I closed the warning window - don't want Windows 10. Next day I received SP1 update which I chose to install. Next day - 249 updates were downloading without my knowledge. I stopped it and checked my update settings and it was now automatic update. I went through all the updates and detected 3 updates that lead to Windows 10 and they are now hidden. Does anyone know how the update settings were changed without my knowledge? NO one else uses my pc

Hi ReadyFor Mack,
Dont worry you havn't been hacked.
SP1 reset the WU settings, just change it back to your choice, it should not happen again.
