My Win 7 PC Always Check for Disk Error at start-up

I have a Windows 7 Home Basic operated MSI Notebook (CR400). The system was running quite well after I installed Windows 7. But after a week, I notice that evrytime I boot my PC it always check for disk error.
I tried to check if there's a problem with Win 7 installation using the system tools found in the "Accessories" folder in the "Start" Menu but it never detects any.
Please help.

Try doing a startup repair. If that doesn't fix it, try the steps from step 2, 3 in this tutorial.
