Well, I do see your attached picture. The only update it shows that was released after 14 Jan 2020 was:
Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool x64 - February 2020 (KB890830)
Other updates you have only just got were released before the end of support, such as:
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 for Windows 7 for x64 (KB4503548)
Last updated: 1/9/2020
Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB3150513)
Last updated: 5/10/2016
2019-10 Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB4524752)
End of support doesn't mean the older updates are no longer available through Windows Update. It's not clear why you have only just got those old updates, but I have seen the same thing on some of my systems. Windows Update suddenly finds I'm missing some old updates.
Microsoft have said you will continue to receive signature and engine updates for Microsoft Security Essentials until 2023 (Defender uses those same signature updates, so you will get them even if you don't use MSE). These are to be available to everyone, not just those that have paid for
Extended Security Updates. Looks like the MSRT is to continue to be updated for everyone too.
